How to Join
Should you wish to apply for HFMA membership, we would need your completed application form accompanied by any product label and/or promotional leaflets, 7 days before our next HFMA Council meeting. This is in order for our Labelling, Advertising and Promotion Advice Division (LAPAD) to conduct an initial review.
Applying for HFMA membership is simple – just complete the form below and we will send you an application form. Fill in and return the application form, GMP Checklist and your product labels and marketing materials. All applications for HFMA membership require the approval of the elected HFMA Council and we need applications at least seven days in advance of a meeting.
2010 Council meeting dates are: 9th September, 4th November and 9th December.
